OLPH Women’s Guild

Where friendship, faith, and fellowship all come together

While the primary mission of the Women’s Guild is the loving and respectful care of the altars at OLPH, including the sacred vessels and all the altar linens and the vestments…there is so much more that the guild is essential in providing to the parish community. We believe Father Jolly was inspired by the guild when he chose “Radical Hospitality” as the rallying cry for our parish!  The many receptions for clergy and special events for our parishioners are legendary, and thoughtfully provided by the generosity and attentiveness of our members.  We participate in many service opportunities and special projects in our greater community. We maintain as crucial the spiritual heart of the group, Catholic women living their faith in every kindness and labor performed. We offer frequent and enthusiastic priority to prayer and reflection at our gatherings.  In addition to our monthly meetings with lively speakers and presentations, we participate in many and varied social and fun activities such as our Book Club, special outings, and field trips.
